Below, you’ll find solutions to common issues and problems while accessing your programs and memberships.

Logging Into Your Membership Portal

Visit brittbsteele.com, click on the hamburger (3 little line) icon, and click on “Student Login”. This will take you to our membership site. Then click on “Sign In” in the top right corner.  Additionally, you can visit the member’s portal directly at members.brittbsteele.com and click the “Sign In” in the top right corner.

 

Accessing Yoga Church

Once you have registered for Yoga Church, you can access the live session via your member’s portal at 8:30 AM Central Time on the Sunday of your session. You will receive a 15 minute reminder on Sunday morning (as long as you registered before then).

All of the sessions/programs you have registered for will appear under “My Offerings”. Click on the “View Offering” button on the session you wish to watch. And then click on the “Live Practice” module on the right. The live practice will appear directly in your portal for you to watch. Video below:

 

I forgot my membership login details. How do I reset my password?

By default, your member username and password are BOTH the email you used to sign up with. If you manually change your password in your account and then forget it, you can reset it. Visit members.brittbsteele.com, click on the “Sign In” in the top right corner, and then click on the “forgot password?” link below the sign in fields.

How do I access ALL of my purchased/registered programs?

Once you login to the membership portal, all of your registered programs should show under “My Offerings”. You MUST be signed in to see your offerings.

I'm having difficulties accessing my programs on certain devices (my phone, my tablet, etc)...
Unfortunately, is there is really no way for me to help you with your tech. I can only set up the programs and make sure they work from our testing devices — (apple and pc with all updates installed, etc.) but other than that, you will need to find someone you know and love who can help you with your particular device. Because I can’t see your device, your settings, and have no way of knowing if things are updated or if there is a virus etc on your end — I am only able to offer “general tech set-up”…
I can see the link for the video in my portal, but I can't click on it...

This could be for several reasons (your browser, your device, tech error, etc). 

If the link is not “clicking”, please just select the text with your cursor and copy and paste into your browser bar.

Live Sessions and Facebook :: Do I have to have a Facebook Account? Why can't I see other members' comments on the live videos?

The answer to your question is, “No.”. You do not need to have a Facebook account to receive the bounty of the programs. There is plenty there without ever being on Facebook… for SURE…

All lessons/practices/pop-up classes can be watched DIRECTLY in your member’s portal.

The community “bonuses” like morning sankalpas and community time are optional and can be found in our Facebook group– you will need to join the group (please see your welcome module for your program for the link) to view and see community comments.

All of my purchased/available offerings aren't displaying in the menu of the members portal...

Depending on your browser, the portal can be a little wonky when it comes to categorization! If you don’t see all of your purchased offerings when you login in, be sure that you select “All Categories” from the dropdown to display ALL of your offerings on both the homescreen and the dropdown menu.
